It's all about framing.

I don't want you to sit next to her.  It's because I want you to learn.  (You are being rude when you talk in front of me).

I have 19 scholars sitting, showing me that they are ready to get going! (One of you is not paying attention right now.  Focus.)

I prefer to not be tied down by my script.  I speak from the heart.  (I don't like to write my thoughts down.)

For kids, friends, and yourself, it's much less about what is happening than about how you paint the picture for them.  It matters more than you think.  (Stop worrying about what happens, as long as you can come up with a good excuse.)
